The Alteryx ETL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and troubleshooting ETL workflows using Alteryx. The role involves working with data from multiple source systems and transforming it to meet the requirements of various PwC-developed solutions. The developer will also handle automation of Alteryx workflows and maintain thorough documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ETL workflows using Alteryx, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in data transformation processes.
- Schedule and automate Alteryx workflows to support ongoing data processing needs.
- Validate workflows to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL workflows and data discrepancies.
- Work with data from diverse source systems, transforming and integrating it for consumption by various solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including design documents, mapping logic, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective ETL solutions.
Experience & Skills:
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Alteryx development and workflow automation.
- Strong knowledge of ETL concepts and best practices.
- Experience with scheduling and automating workflows in Alteryx.
- Ability to work with data from multiple source systems.
- Good documentation skills to create and maintain design and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
