Job Title: Alteryx Developer
Location: [Mumbai] – Hybrid
Required Skills and Experience
- Alteryx: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience designing complex workflows, data blending, and automation.
- ETL & Data Modelling: Strong grasp of ETL concepts; ability to design scalable data pipelines.
- BI Visualisation: Proficient in Tableau and/or Power BI – building interactive dashboards for global audiences.
- SQL: Basic to intermediate knowledge for data extraction and validation.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of finance‑related data structures and terminology.
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, and ITIL‑type governance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; comfortable interacting with senior business stakeholders.
- Self‑Management: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Good‑to‑Have Skills and Experience
- Programming & Analytics: Python (including ML libraries), VBA for Excel/Access automation.
- Advanced SQL: Complex query optimisation, stored procedures, performance tuning.
- Additional BI Tools: Experience with Power BI (if not already listed) or Qlik.
- Job Scheduling: Exposure to Autosys or similar workload automation tools.
- AI/ML Awareness: Familiarity with emerging AI tools for data preparation or predictive analytics.
- Data Warehousing: Knowledge of dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schemas, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
