Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Alteryx Administrator for a contract role. You will handle the end-to-end administration, installation, and production support of our Alteryx environments across Windows and Linux platforms. You will focus on platform stability, proactive monitoring, and swift incident management.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain the Alteryx Server infrastructure.
• Production Support & Incidents: Provide dedicated support, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain platform uptime.
• OS Platforms: Manage and troubleshoot environment deployments across both Windows and Linux systems.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Build proactive alerts and dashboards using tools like Splunk and AppDynamics to catch issues early.
• Automation: Apply basic Java knowledge to automate administrative tasks and workflow monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Alteryx Administration.
• Practical knowledge of Alteryx Server installation, multi-node configuration, and maintenance.
• Solid hands-on experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar) for proactive alerting.
• Basic Java scripting skills for system automation.
• Immediate to short notice period (preferred for contract hiring).
