Actively supporting the design and production of ESG-related research solutions dedicated to non-listed entities and alternative investments, with a strong focus on quality management and process enhancement.
Independently assessing ESG-related and non-financial data, both qualitative and quantitative, to deliver detailed reports.
Independently conducting end-to-end sustainability assessments of alternative investments in line with approved methodologies and processes.
Developing a thorough understanding of relevant ESG standards and frameworks.
Working collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders from Integrated Solutions, Methodology, Product, and Data Governance.
Reporting to the Alternative Research Team Lead and working closely with other Analysts.
Qualifications:
Master s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Sustainability, Engineering), with a high level of curiosity in ESG topics. CFA, CAIA, CFA s Certificate in ESG Investing seen as a plus.
2-3 years of prior work experience in capital markets, investment research, ESG/sustainability research, or data analysis. Prior experience in alternative investments seen as a plus.
Strong quantitative/analytical skills, critical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and ability to perform in a global environment.
