Role Summary: We are seeking a BDM to build strategic partnerships with Engineering and IT Colleges. Your goal is to tie up with these institutions to provide our training/testing solutions for IT-related exams (such as Certifications, Technical Placements, or Entrance Exams). You will be the bridge between our company and the college's Training & Placement (T&P) department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Institutional Sales: Navigate the college hierarchy to meet with Placement Officers, HODs (Computer Science/IT), and Principals.
- MoU Signing: Formalize partnerships through Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for long-term collaboration.
- Seminar Management: Organize and lead Awareness Sessions or workshops for students to demonstrate the importance of IT certifications.
- Lead Funneling: Collect student data and interest during college events to convert into enrollments.
- Event Coordination: Represent the company at college fests, technical symposiums, and career fairs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in Institutional Sales or College Outreach.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT exam landscape (e.g., Coding assessments, Cloud certifications, or GATE/Technical placements).
- Soft Skills: High level of professionalism and the ability to give formal presentations to large groups.
- Persistence: Ability to follow up multiple times with busy academic administrators.
