THE ROLE
AIonOS has entered a landmark global alliance with a leading Digital / AI infrastructure and managed services partner. This alliance represents AIonOS's most significant go-to-market initiative outside the US and this role leads it.
The AVP, Strategic Initiatives (RoW) is a dual-mandate role: build the strategy for how AIonOS grows through this partnership across EMEA, APAC, and the Middle East and then own the execution of that strategy to deliver revenue. The person in this role thinks at the level of markets and growth architecture, and acts at the level of pipeline and closed deals.
This role reports directly to the COO and is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic clarity.
KEY RESULT AREAS

RoW Growth Strategy
Define the growth strategy for the alliance across RoW geographies. Identify priority markets, verticals, offerings and account segments. Translate strategy into a phased commercial plan with clear milestones, revenue targets, and resource requirements.

Sell With Revenue
Own and deliver revenue from joint enterprise pursuits co-led with the partner's regional sales teams. Build and manage a named account pipeline, drive deal velocity, and close engagements where AIonOS's AI platform is positioned as the intelligence layer across the joint solution.

Sell Through Scale
Build the infrastructure for the partner's RoW sales force to independently sell AIonOS solutions. Develop enablement tools, identify and cultivate regional sales champions, and grow an indirect pipeline that multiplies revenue beyond what direct pursuit alone can achieve.

Alliance Health
Own the RoW partnership relationship. Maintain a structured engagement cadence with the partner's regional leadership, track alliance health metrics, and surface and resolve friction points before they affect pipeline or partner confidence. Represent the alliance in governance reviews.

AI Ecosystem Relationships
Maintain active relationships with hyperscalers and AI-native infrastructure players (cloud platforms, AI platform companies, and adjacent technology providers) across RoW markets. These relationships are a deal asset the ability to bring the right technology partner into a pursuit at the right moment is often what makes a joint deal winnable. Build and manage this ecosystem intentionally, so it can be activated when deals need it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A commercially minded leader with 12–15 years in enterprise technology, someone who has both built go-to-market strategies and personally closed the revenue that proves them. You have deep experience working in RoW markets, understand how to activate a partner sales force.
You bring strong knowledge of the enterprise AI, cloud, and infrastructure landscape including the hyperscaler and AI platform ecosystem and have existing relationships with key players that you can activate in a deal context. The gravitas to operate at CxO level, and the personal drive of a sales professional who owns a number. Prior experience managing multi-region partnerships across EMEA and/or APAC is desirable.
