As an Alliance Relationship Intelligence & Enablement Specialist, you will support Growth Platforms leadership by managing relationship intelligence, monitoring joint priorities, documenting success stories, developing stakeholder insights, supporting governance activities, and measuring and reporting ROI across key business and technology alliances.

You proactively connect the dots, identify patterns, anticipate needs, follow up independently, and surface opportunities or gaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge Management & Content Curation: Organize, structure, tag, maintain, and continuously improve high-quality repositories covering success stories, qualifications, stakeholder intelligence, competitive insights, joint priorities, and alliance materials.
  • Relationship Intelligence: Maintain a central view of team organizational charts and alliance relationship maps, relationship coverage across alliance and Deloitte stakeholders, executive sponsors, stakeholder profiles, points of contact, engagement history and status, relationship strength, priorities, and identified gaps.
  • Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management: Interact confidently with stakeholders from Senior Manager through Partner level across functions and time zones; drive follow-ups, communicate progress clearly, and coordinate tasks across team members to optimize time-zone coverage and delivery efficiency.
  • Copilot & AI-Enabled Efficiency: Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to create, capture, summarize, synthesize, retrieve, classify, and improve knowledge assets and intelligence repositories.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve knowledge repositories, stakeholder communications, relationship tracking, and alliance-support processes.
  • Research & Information Gathering: Gather information from internal and external sources, validate its accuracy, identify relevant themes, and convert findings into concise, actionable insights for Growth Platforms and alliance leadership.
  • Tracking & Coordination: Track joint priorities, commitments, actions, owners, partner metrics, milestones, and follow-ups across Growth Platforms and alliance stakeholders.
  • Vendor, QBR, and Event Support: Support vendor portal administration, access management, deal registration, partnership business reviews (QBRs/ABRs), priority events, and key meetings.
  • Success Story and ROI Support: Gather and organize inputs for wins, qualifications, deal stories, client success stories, Voice of Growth Platforms updates, governance materials, and joint ROI or value-realization reports.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Growth Platforms leaders, alliance leaders, Account Leaders, Commercial Analytics, Governance & PMO, Marketing, and other stakeholders to validate information and maintain delivery momentum.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, alliance operations, channel operations, partner operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting sales, alliance, reseller, technology-partner, or professional services programs is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar AI tools, with the ability to apply them to knowledge management, research, content curation, and stakeholder intelligence.
  • Experience with pipeline tracking, opportunity management, account operations, renewals, incentive administration, or business-review support.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, follow-up, stakeholder-management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and time zones.
  • Ability to validate operational information, identify data-quality issues, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks, following up independently, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Power BI, or workflow tools is preferred.
