Alliance Operations Executive

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Alliance Operations Executive to manage partner operations, maintain cloud partner portals, and support alliance-related business activities across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and other technology partners.

Experience - 1-2 years

• Manage day-to-day alliance and partner operations.
• Handle deal registrations, partner portals, and opportunity tracking.
• Maintain partner documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and technical teams for alliance activities.
• Track partner programs, incentives, renewals, and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational trackers.

• Experience in alliance operations, sales operations, or partner management.
• Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud partner ecosystems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
