Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Alliance Manager to build, manage, and strengthen partnerships that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create successful joint initiatives and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners to enhance business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, service partners, and technology vendors.

Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to support partner-driven leads and conversions.

Manage co-branded marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.

Track partner performance, revenue contributions, and ROI.

Lead contract negotiations, agreements, renewals, and compliance.

Act as the primary point of contact for all partner communications and escalations.

Provide periodic reports, insights, and growth plans to management.

Key Skills and Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of IT/technology ecosystem (preferred for tech companies).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance and market trends.
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities.
