ALLEN Center Head for JEE NEET in CBSE School

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ALLEN Center Head for JEE/NEET programs, located at our campus in Ananthapuramu. The Center Head will oversee the day-to-day academic operations of the center, ensuring effective implementation of the IIT/NEET Integrated CBSE Curriculum. Responsibilities include coordinating with faculty, managing student performance, maintaining academic records, and ensuring the quality of teaching and learning. Additionally, the Center Head will work to foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, while aligning day-to-day activities with the broader goals of the institution.

• Strong expertise in academic planning and operations, particularly for JEE/NEET preparation along with familiarity with the CBSE curriculum.
• Proven leadership skills including team management, effective communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in education management with a track record of optimizing student outcomes and teacher performance.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage academic schedules, events, and reporting efficiently.
• A master's degree in education or a relevant subject is preferred. Prior experience as a center head or academic coordinator is an added advantage.
