Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position, located in Mumbai, for an All Post for Civil Work role. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day site activities, oversee construction progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities include reviewing project drawings, ensuring proper utilization of resources, monitoring site performance, and resolving on-site challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction management, site supervision, and civil engineering principles.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in the construction industry.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in software tools for project management and design, such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective coordination with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Relevant industry certifications or a degree in Civil Engineering or related fields is highly preferred.
