Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Aligne Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in managing complex reporting changes across credit, risk, and settlement business areas. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling bug fixes, enhancement requests, and supporting business-critical reporting requirements within the Aligne platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex reporting changes across credit, risk, and settlement domains
- Develop and maintain complex reports within the Aligne platform
- Handle bug fixes, enhancements, and reporting updates independently
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support Agile delivery processes and collaborate with product owners and engineering teams
- Ensure reporting accuracy and performance across energy trading workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Aligne (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Power/Gas trading deal lifecycle
- Experience managing complex report development and enhancements in Aligne
- 710 years of overall IT experience with exposure to team leadership or stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, tools, and delivery methodologies
- Experience working with Product Owners and business stakeholders in Agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Note: Candidates with ETRM experience but without Aligne expertise will not be considered.
Preferred / Optional Skills
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification
- Agile certifications or training programs
- Lean Practitioner training or experience
- Exposure to energy trading platforms and analytics environments
