About the Role

We are seeking an Algorithmic Problem Solving Annotator with a competitive programming background and strong DSA fundamentals. The role focuses on validating algorithmic solutions, checking edge cases, analyzing complexity, and annotating reasoning steps for coding/DSA datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate solutions involving data structures, algorithms, and competitive programming logic.
• Check edge cases, constraints, time/space complexity, and correctness of code answers.
• Analyze reasoning steps and detect flaws in logic or incomplete arguments.
• Debug code in C++/Python/Java and analyze multi-step reasoning.
• Produce gold explanations and corrected approaches where required.
• Collaborate with coding reasoning teams to maintain consistent dataset quality.

Skills & Experience Required

• 14 years coding experience in C++/Python/Java with competitive programming or contest background.
• Strong grasp of DSA, problem-solving, complexity analysis, and algorithm correctness.
• Ability to reason through multi-step solutions and detect logical gaps.
• Skilled in debugging and validating contest-level code.
• Competitive Programmer / Coding Interview Coach with strong DSA intuition and multi-step reasoning skills.
