Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an algoQA Product Support Engineer to enable and support customers in effectively adopting and utilizing the algoQA platform. The role focuses on onboarding, training, technical guidance, troubleshooting, and supporting advanced usage scenarios to ensure successful automation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide onboarding support and help users get started with algoQA
    • Conduct training sessions and share best practices for effective platform usage
    • Guide users in designing and implementing automation using algoQA
    • Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving product-related issues
    • Support creation of complex and reusable components for advanced use cases
    • Collaborate with customer teams to address queries and unblock challenges
    • Share documentation, knowledge resources, and learning materials
    • Ensure smooth adoption and continuous usage of the algoQA platform
Required Skills

    • Strong understanding of test automation fundamentals
    • Good knowledge of algoQA platform
    • Experience with UI/desktop automation tools (e.g., WinAppDriver or similar)
    • Knowledge of low-code/no-code automation platforms
    • Basic programming knowledge (C#, Python, or similar)
    • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
    • Familiarity with QA processes and SDLC
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions
Experience

    • 2–5 years of experience in test automation / QA / product support roles
Good To Have

    • Experience in healthcare domain (e.g., PACS, DICOM, HL7)
    • Exposure to AI/ML-based automation tools
Experience in customer-facing or support roles
