Job Title: Adobe DAM & Akeneo PIM Developer / Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe DAM and Akeneo PIM Specialist with strong technical expertise in Java, API integrations, Linux scripting, and production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating DAM and PIM systems with SAP and other enterprise platforms, along with solid ITSM knowledge and experience in issue triage and support projects within the retail domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions using Adobe Experience Manager Assets.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Product Information Management (PIM) solutions using Akeneo PIM.
- Integrate DAM/PIM systems with enterprise platforms such as SAP and other third-party applications.
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs for seamless system communication.
- Write and maintain Linux/Unix shell scripts for automation and operational support.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Perform issue triage, root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Work within ITSM frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management) to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, marketing, and IT.
- Ensure data consistency, governance, and quality across DAM and PIM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM Assets / Adobe DAM).
- Hands-on experience with Akeneo PIM.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of API development and integration (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with Linux/Unix scripting.
- Proven experience integrating with SAP.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong experience in issue triage, defect management, and production support environments.
- Good understanding of system integration, workflows, and data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail or eCommerce domain.
- Exposure to support/maintenance projects and managed services environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
