We are seeking an experienced
QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and
campaign testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating customer journeys, campaigns, and data workflows across multiple channels, ensuring seamless and accurate customer communications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Proven experience testing:
- Event-based customer journeys
- Campaigns (Email, SMS, Push)
- Audience qualification and segmentation
- Solid experience in API testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Strong SQL skills for backend and data validation
- Exposure to automation testing
- Ability to define test strategies, edge cases, and failure scenarios
Good to Have- Experience testing real-time use cases such as:
- Abandoned Cart Journeys
- Welcome Journeys
- Transactional and behavioral triggers
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
