Hands on experience on AIX OS, Hands on experience on P series servers.

In depth working knowledge of LVM, LPAR, VIO, Good understanding and hands on experience of cluster (Power HA) is mandatory.

Good understanding of HMC , DLAPR, Experience in hardware migration AIX installation , TL updates , OS migration.

Performance and Security management

Root cause analysis

Performance management and tuning at queue depth level

Experience in hardware implementation (IBM, HP,EMC), Experience in storage maintenance , setup and migration (EMC, HP,IBM).
