Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival
- Check and process passengers tickets and travel documents
- Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of cargo
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with special needs
- Conduct security checks and screenings as required
- Assist in the boarding and deplaning of passengers
- Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements
- Collaborate with other ground staff to ensure on-time departure of flights
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Participate in training and development programs as required Requirements:
