Key Responsibilities:
* Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
* Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight details, delays, and policies.
* Coordinate with various airport departments such as security, maintenance, and flight operations.
* Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings at all times.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Perform routine inspections of the airport premises, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for passengers.
* Manage baggage claims and lost luggage issues.
* Assist in the preparation and execution of emergency procedures, when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Excellent customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, airport check-in systems).
Experience:
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the aviation industry is preferred, but not required.
* Freshers are welcome to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.
Working Hours:
* Full-time positions available with rotating shifts.
* Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and overnight hours as required by the airport schedule.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Knowledge of airport safety procedures and regulations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
* Ability to remain calm and collected during high-pressure situations.
* Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages being an asset.
