Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who are looking to kick start their career in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting passengers at the check-in counter
- Checking and tagging luggage
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during boarding and pegboarding
- Assisting passengers with special needs
- Providing information and directions to passengers
- Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to all safety and security procedures
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage)
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is not required, but will be considered a plus
