Forex Global Services is a leading aviation company operating in Guwahati Assam. We are looking for dynamic and professional individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff and Cabin Crew.
As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the airport premises. This is a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient airport operation.
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers on board our flights. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during the flight. This is a highly customer-oriented role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Airport Ground Staff
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in procedures
- Handle baggage and assist passengers with boarding procedures
- Ensure the safety and security of the airport premises
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Communicate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth operation
Cabin Crew
- Welcome passengers on board and assist with seating arrangements
- Demonstrate safety procedures and provide safety instructions to passengers
- Serve food and beverages to passengers
- Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the aircraft
- Work closely with the pilot and other crew members to ensure a safe and enjoyable flight experience for passengers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required
