Role: AI Research Engineer
Join the Advanced Innovation Strategy Center (AISC) and work on cutting-edge research that directly impacts real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research in:
- Computer Vision (Image Processing)
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Statistics / Data Science
- Apply AI solutions to real estate challenges
- Convert research into business value and strategy
- Publish papers and present at conferences
- File patents and contribute to innovation
- Mentor junior researchers
Tech Stack
- Programming: Python
- Cloud: AWS
- Access to latest AI/ML technologies
Must-Have Requirements
- Business-level Japanese (Fluent communication required)
- Minimum 3 years research experience (University, R&D, or Research Institute)
- Publications or conference presentations
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Computer Vision
- NLP
- Statistics / Data Science
- Strong motivation to apply research to business

- Experience contributing to business outcomes
- Experience launching new business initiatives
- Patent filing experience
