Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on airborne equipment

• Ensure the facilities compliance with all company, federal, and other regulations

• Promote a work environment that fosters teamwork, safety, and customer service

• Work cooperatively with other departments and with vendors and suppliers

• Liaise with other employees, customers, and suppliers

• Research, evaluate, and recommend improvements to manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures

• Create and adhere to special safety procedures for performing maintenance work
