Airbus Technical Author / SB Test Dossier Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Aerospace Technical Documentation professionals with hands-on experience in IPC, AMM, WDM and Service Bulletin (SB) documentation for Airbus programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation, revision and maintenance of Service Bulletin (SB) Test Dossiers as per Airbus standards.
• Perform configuration analysis to identify pre-drawings and post-drawings required for SB tests.
• Develop and update Aircraft Technical Publications including:
• AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual)
• IPC (Illustrated Parts Catalog)
• WDM (Wiring Diagram Manual)
• Analyze technical data from TRS, RDAF, TRM, ITD/ITS and other Airbus data sources.
• Ensure compliance with S1000D and iSpec 2200 standards.
• Support technical documentation, validation and publication activities.
• Develop HPP (Hard Pin Programming) documentation based on Airbus source data.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in IPC, AMM and WDM
• Service Bulletin (SB) / SB Test Dossier experience
• Airbus Technical Publications
• S1000D / iSpec 2200
• Configuration Analysis
• AMM Task Structure knowledge
• Aerospace Technical Documentation

Airbus Tools Exposure

Experience in any of the following tools is preferred:

• TAKSY
• GIDOCA
• GYPSY
• Airn@V
• ZAMIZ
• PASS SSCI
• APS
• SAP PCS

Preferred Profile

• Experience in Airbus projects
• Technical Author / Technical Publication Engineer background
• Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance and Wiring documentation
• Strong understanding of Aerospace/Aviation documentation processes
