Requirement Engineering (development and its review)Solid Debugging and Problem-solving skills Development of (HLD)High Level design and its review Review of (LLD) Low Level Design and its review System, SW Test Spec Review Communicate the agreed software architectural and design and updates to software architectural and design to all relevant stakeholders Analyzing the potential non-compliance with the dependability requirements Determining the dependability requirements Implementation of the dependability requirements Verifying compliance with the dependability requirements Involve in estimation of CCR during estimation resources along with the PMProven experience in embedded systems (real time operating system exposure/ usage is required)Experience in large/medium scale projects Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work as part of a dedicated project team and independently Keen observation skills and mentoring SW Lead/SW Engineers/Test Team to meet Project/Program needs and for the futureBES-PE methods awareness is an added advantageAdditional informationExperience on Problem and Change requestManagement Hands on Automotive SW development in C languageStrong commitment and desire to learn and growStrong knowledge in requirements engineering and be able to deep dive into topicsGood knowledge in Agile methodologiesStrong skills Embedded SystemModerating effectively CCB's and ability to figure out the impacted SW Components, Test scopeExposure in Model based SW development10 to 15 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement engineering (development and review of software requirements).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and review High-Level Design (HLD).
  • Review Low-Level Design (LLD).
  • Review system and software test specifications.
  • Communicate software architecture, design decisions, and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze potential non-compliance with dependability requirements.
  • Determine dependability requirements.
  • Implement dependability requirements.
  • Verify compliance with dependability requirements.
  • Participate in Change/Customer Change Request (CCR) effort estimation along with the Project Manager (PM).

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience in embedded systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
  • Hands-on experience in Automotive Software development using C language.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems.
  • Strong knowledge of requirements engineering with the ability to perform detailed analysis.
  • Experience in model-based software development.
  • Experience in problem and change request management.
  • Ability to moderate Change Control Board (CCB) meetings effectively.
  • Ability to identify impacted software components and define the required test scope.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies.

Experience

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in embedded/automotive software development.
  • Experience working on medium to large-scale projects.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated project team.
  • Strong observation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to mentor Software Leads, Software Engineers, and Test Teams to meet project and program objectives.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Preferred/Additional Skills

  • Awareness of BES-PE methods is an added advantage.
