Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Handle international ticketing operations, including reservations, bookings, cancellations, refunds, and PNR servicing.

·         Process airline tickets using Galileo system with accuracy and efficiency.

·         Manage air ticketing tasks such as EMD issuance, re-issuance, rebooking, rescheduling, and cancellation processing.

·         Ensure timely resolution of customer queries related to flight changes and cancellations.

Desired Candidate Profile

·         3-4 years of experience in International Air Ticketing (Galileo).

·         Proficiency in handling multiple GDS systems like Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre.

·         Strong knowledge of IATA regulations and industry standards.

·         Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

2.      Domestic Ticketing

Budget- 25k to 30k

Job description

Domestic Ticketing ExecutiveExperience: 34 Years

Core Requirement: Expert knowledge of Galileo GDS is a MUST.Key Responsibilities:

·         Ticketing: Handle end-to-end domestic bookings, issuance, re-issuance, and refunds on Galileo.

·         Fare Optimization: Use GDS commands to find the Best Buy fares and optimize multi-city routes.

·         PNR Management: Monitor queues for schedule changes, waitlists, and ticketing time limits.

·         Quality Control: Ensure 100% accuracy in passenger details and taxes to avoid ADMs.

·         Customer Support: Manage corporate travel requests, seat/meal preferences, and flight disruptions.

Required Skills :

·         Mandatory Proficiency in Galileo commands.

·         Strong understanding of domestic Airlines fare rules And Gst

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
