Air Ticketing Exicutive

Role Description

We are looking for the Air ticket issuing Team member Who can work from home as and when Night shift is required , other time during day shift need to work from office full time. Responsibilities include handling ticketing and reservations for domestic and international flights, providing professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction to high-end customer. The executive will also focus on resolving customer issues, processing booking modifications and cancellations, and contributing to ticket sales and related services.

Qualifications

• Essential skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations Knowledge of any two CRS (Amadeus / Saber / Galileo)
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to meet expectation.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with ticketing software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Relevant certifications in ticketing or travel services are preferred
