Role Description The Air Ticketing Executive role at Avian Travels LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Sas Nagar. The role involves handling flight reservations and ticket issuance, including checking availability, fares, schedules, and routing options to meet traveler requirements. The executive will manage ticket sales, process booking changes and cancellations, and ensure accurate documentation in reservation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing fare and itinerary advice, resolving booking issues, and coordinating with airlines or consolidators when needed. The role also includes supporting sales targets by promoting suitable flight options, maintaining service standards, and contributing to a smooth, customer-focused booking experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Ticket Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with travelers and partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Reservations skills, including experience using airline or travel booking systems and GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) where applicable.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, basic numerical skills, and the ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Relevant experience in air ticketing, travel agencies, or airline reservation desks is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Sas Nagar, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changing schedules and customer demands.
• A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
• Familiarity with airline fare rules, refund policies, and international travel regulations is an advantage.
