Job Title: Air Import Manager (Pricing & CS)
Job Description:
The Air Import Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end air import operations, ensuring smooth coordination with clients, agents, and CHA, and timely shipment clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor air import shipments from origin to final delivery
- Float rate enquiries to overseas agents and airlines for air import shipments
- Prepare and share competitive quotations with clients
- Coordinate with CHA for timely customs clearance of air import shipments
- Follow up with CHA on documentation, clearance status, and delivery
- Coordinate with clients and provide regular shipment status updates
- Negotiate rates with agents to achieve best possible pricing
- Maintain and update DSR (Daily Status Report) accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and air import procedures
