Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Air Freight Pricing Executive to join our team in Dwarka, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining competitive rates from airlines, consolidators, and overseas agents, preparing quotations for import and export shipments, and supporting the sales and operations teams with timely and profitable pricing solutions.

The successful candidate will monitor market trends, maintain relationships with carriers and partners, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure accurate and prompt responses to customer requirements. The role requires close coordination with airlines, operations, and business development teams to maximize profitability and service excellence.

The candidate will play a key role in strengthening CMG Worldwide's Air Freight business and enhancing customer satisfaction through competitive and reliable pricing solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Air Freight Pricing, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.

• Strong knowledge of airline products, routings, transit times, and current market trends.

• Good relationships and established contacts with airlines, consolidators, and overseas agents will be a significant advantage.

• Proven experience in obtaining, negotiating, and managing competitive air freight rates with carriers.

• Sound understanding of import and export air freight operations and international shipping procedures.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to prepare competitive quotations while ensuring profitability and service quality.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding systems.

• Knowledge of Incoterms and logistics documentation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
