Role Objective

This role combines technicalAir Freight Operationswith high-touchCustomer Support. You will be responsible for the accurate execution of air import/export shipments while maintaining proactive communication with clients, airlines, and overseas partners to ensure a world-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Execution:Handle end-to-end air freight processes, including booking space with airlines, scheduling pickups, and monitoring flight departures/arrivals.
• Customer Communication:Act as the dedicated point of contact for clients, providing daily status updates (DSR) and resolving any shipment discrepancies or delays immediately.
• Documentation & Compliance:Prepare and audit MAWB/HAWB, manifest filings, and customs-related paperwork (Bill of Entry/Shipping Bills) to ensure 100% compliance with India Customs.
• Internal Coordination:Work closely with the Bangalore customs clearance team and warehouse staff to prioritize urgent shipments.
• Financial Management:Collate shipment costs, verify vendor invoices, and prepare accurate billing instructions for the accounts department.

Required Candidate Profile

• Location:Must be based in or able to commute toMarathahalli, Bangalore.
• Technical Expertise:Strong understanding ofIATA regulations, Incoterms, and Air Freight pricing/operations.
• Communication:Exceptional verbal and written English skills are mandatory for coordinating with our global agent network.
• Tech-Savvy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with logistics ERP software
