Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Air Conditioning Engineer based in Chandigarh. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, performing building maintenance, and managing building services and facilities. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and fixing issues, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring optimal functioning of HVAC systems.
Qualifications
- Skills in HVAC, Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in Building Maintenance and Building Services
- Knowledge of Facility Management (FM)
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is advantageous
