About the Role
Job Title: Event Management/AIOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Migrate event ingestion, correlation, and suppression logic from IgniO to KEEP.
- Configure KEEP for alert deduplication, correlation, and enrichment.
- Integrate KEEP with monitoring tools and ITSM (ServiceNow).
- Support testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Ignio/Moongsift/Any event Management tool.
- Experience with Ignio/Moongsift/Keep or similar event management tools.
- Solid knowledge of event management, alert correlation, and ITOM.
- Experience in tool migration projects.
