We provide GCC staffing, AI and data engineering, application development, and managed services to enterprise clients across the automotive, industrial, and technology sectors. Our India team of approximately 150 engineers, data scientists, architects, and delivery professionals works across concurrent technology programmes at any given time.

• The Role We are looking for an AI & Solutions Architect who combines strong technical depth in AI/ML and cloud architecture with communication skills to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders. This is not a pure engineering role — it sits at the intersection of architecture, solution design, and client advisory. The right person has built real AI products or platforms, understands how enterprise technology landscapes fit together, and can translate complex technical ideas into clear proposals and presentations. This is a growth role — the expectation is that the person develops into the practice's primary technical authority over the next 18–24 months. Key Responsibilities AI & Architecture — 50% of the role • Own the architectural direction for AI, GenAI, machine learning, and data engineering deliveries across the practice
• • Design and review end-to-end solution architectures — from data ingestion and model development through to deployment and MLOps
• • Provide technical guidance to delivery teams on implementation approach, technology selection, and best practices

• Build and maintain reusable architectural frameworks and reference architectures that accelerate delivery across the team

• Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and frameworks — particularly in the rapidly evolving AI and cloud landscape Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Design — 30% of the role

• Lead technical discovery sessions with client stakeholders — understand business problems and map them to technology solutions

• Own the technical section of all proposals and RFP responses — solution architecture, technology fit, delivery approach, and effort estimation

• Develop and present capability presentations and solution workshops — you are the technical face of the practice in client conversations

• Design service offerings — packaging technical capabilities into defined, repeatable engagement models that the commercial team can sell

• Work closely with the MD and commercial team to support deals from a technical credibility standpoint Technical Leadership — 20% of the role

• Mentor and develop Architects and Senior Engineers within the team — raise the technical bar across the practice

• Conduct technical interviews for senior hires — define what good looks like and help the team recruit to that standard

• Produce thought leadership content — articles, capability briefs, and technical documentation that builds the organisation's credibility externally

• Stay ahead of the technology curve — AI, GenAI, cloud-native architectures, agentic systems — and bring relevant developments into the practice Technology Depth Expected Strong working knowledge required across most of these areas.

Depth in AI/ML and cloud is essential; breadth across the rest is expected.

Domain Expected knowledge AI / GenAI Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Practical experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI. Machine Learning Model development, training, evaluation, and deployment. MLOps practices — model versioning, monitoring, drift detection. Familiarity with MLflow, SageMaker, or equivalent. Data Engineering Data pipeline architecture, ETL/ELT, data lake and warehouse design. Working knowledge of Spark, dbt, Redshift, Snowflake, or similar platforms.

Cloud Architecture AWS (primary), Azure, or GCP. Cloud-native design patterns — serverless, microservices, event-driven architecture. Security and compliance in cloud environments.

Application Architecture Backend systems — APIs, microservices, distributed systems.

Familiarity with Python, Node.js, or Java in a services context. Enough to review and guide delivery teams. Integration API design, event streaming (Kafka, Kinesis), enterprise integration patterns. Sufficient to design solutions that connect AI/data layers with existing enterprise systems.

What We Are Looking For Essential Preferred

• 8–12 years in technology with at least 4 years in an architecture, solution design, or technical lead role

• Demonstrable hands-on AI/ML experience — has built, deployed, or led the development of at least one real AI or GenAI system

• Strong cloud architecture knowledge across at least one major provider (AWS preferred)

• Experience working directly with clients or senior stakeholders — can present, explain, and defend technical approaches clearly

• Good written and verbal communication — you write proposals that are clear, structured, and persuasive to a non-technical reader

• Intellectually curious with a growth mindset — this role grows significantly and the person must want to grow with it

• Pune-based or willing to relocate immediately

• Background in an IT services, consulting, or managed services environment

• Experience designing AI or data solutions for industrial, automotive, or manufacturing clients

• Exposure to technical pre-sales — contributing to proposals, RFP responses, or solution workshops

• Published technical content — blogs, talks, open-source contributions — that demonstrates active engagement with the technology community

• Familiarity with the GCC delivery model — how enterprise organisations build and run technology operations in India
