Job Title: AI/ML Practice Leader (Enterprise AI & GenAI)

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and business-oriented AI/ML Practice Leader to drive the growth, innovation, and execution of our Enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation practice. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining AI strategy, building AI-led solutions and offerings, driving large-scale client engagements, and owning business outcomes including revenue growth, profitability, and practice expansion.

• pDefine and execute the organization's AI/ML and Generative AI strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
• .Build and scale a differentiated AI practice encompassing Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, Computer Vision, NLP, and AI Platforms
• .Establish AI solution accelerators, frameworks, reusable assets, and strategic partnerships to drive competitive advantage

• pOwn the AI/ML practice P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, utilization, investments, and business planning
• .Develop go-to-market strategies and AI service offerings across industries including Hi-Tech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, and Automotive
• .Drive practice growth through new logo acquisition, account expansion, strategic pursuits, and executive client relationships
• .Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities and build AI-led transformation programs

.Enterprise AI Delivery Leadershi

• pOversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI/ML and Generative AI programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and measurable business outcomes
• .Guide architecture, solution design, model deployment, MLOps, LLMOps, and AI platform implementation
• .Ensure successful execution of enterprise AI initiatives from ideation and prototyping through production deployment and optimization
