About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning frameworks, generative AI, NLP technologies, and big data ecosystems, along with proven experience in managing teams and delivering scalable AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AI/ML projects from concept to production, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Architect and implement machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP technologies, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Oversee data processing pipelines using Hadoop, Spark, and SQL for large-scale data analytics.
- Manage deployment of AI models on AWS cloud leveraging CI/CD, Docker, and Git for scalable and secure implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and integrate ML capabilities into products.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Expertise in ML Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and advanced NLP technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, SQL, and big data technologies.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git for model deployment and automation.
- Proven ability to deliver AI solutions from experimentation to production.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
