AIML Lead Engineer

Scope and Responsibilities:

Looking for lead level engineer who will be 100% hands on, has the engineering maturity to discuss with Stakeholders in the Infrastructure Engineering team who are Principal Engineers, Directors or Sr. Directors to understand opportunities for AI based automation, propose solutions per existing AIOps framework and best practices and implement solutions.

The Infrastructure Domain includes Cloud Infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP and Physical infrastructure includes Firewalls, DNS and AD. The engineer would be discussing directly with technical stakeholders who are operating and managing these infrastructure to identify automation opportunities and come up with AI/ Agentic based solutions within standard AI Ops framework and best practices. Hence require a high level of engineering maturity and self-motivation to have these conversations and come up with proposals and implement the solution.

Skills:

• Programing languages (must) – Python
• Programing languages (preferred) - Java Script, Java, Scala, R
• AI/ML platform experience – Databricks (Not Mandatory, but very helpful to blend into current NIKE workflow)
• Framework and tools – LangChain, Langraph, MLFlow, DBRX instruct, Llama, Cohere,
• Additionally working knowledge on the following : Google ADK, A2A, MCP, Argo
• Cloud Exposure - working knowledge : AWS, GCP, Azure
