Senior AI Engineer to develop core agentic AI components for pharmaceutical analytical method development and CDMO automation. Build production-ready AI solutions for HPLC protocol generation, method validation, and regulatory documentation using Azure OpenAI GPT-5 and modern AI development tools. Must have strong Azure expertise and hands-on Claude Code experience.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in AI/ML development with strong Python expertise
Strong Azure Cloud Platform Experience With Hands-on Deployment Capabilities
Proven experience using Claude Code for agentic AI development and rapid prototyping
Experience with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangMem) and LLM orchestration
Extensive LLM testing and evaluation experience (unit testing, integration testing, accuracy benchmarking)
Proficiency in Azure OpenAI GPT-5, embedding models, and prompt engineering
Knowledge of pharmaceutical data standards (CDISC, HL7 FHIR) and analytical chemistry
Experience with scientific document processing and method validation workflows
Key Responsibilities
Develop pharmaceutical-specific AI agents using Claude Code and LangGraph frameworks
Build intelligent parsing systems for method protocols, chromatograms, and validation data
Implement comprehensive LLM testing suites for pharmaceutical accuracy (method parameters, scientific calculations)
Create AI-driven validation for USP/EP/JP pharmacopoeia compliance
Develop embedding-based retrieval for method libraries and regulatory guidance documents
Integrate with pharmaceutical systems (Veeva Vault, LIMS, ELN) via Azure services
Build automated testing for method recommendation accuracy and protocol generation
Support GxP compliance and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements in AI systems
