We're Hiring a Technical Co-Founder | AI + EdTech | New Delhi

SCG Foundation (registered NGO) is incubating a stealth-mode EdTech startup that has successfully built an AI-driven career counselling MVP for India's 250M+ K-12 students. Our mission is to bridge the critical guidance gap with hyper-personalized, multilingual, and scalable career pathwayspowered by conversational AI and cutting-edge research in ASR/TTS pipelines.

We're now looking for a hands-on Technical Co-Founder (based in Delhi NCR) who can take our MVP to market scale. You'll lead the tech vision, architect a secure, AI-first platform, and grow a team of passionate engineers while working alongside:

• A Founder with 30+ yrs of global IT & product leadership
• A PhD AI Advisor from the US with Fortune 500 expertise
• A motivated team of interns who already brought our MVP to life

Our Stack: React, Vue, Python, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, Render, Supabase. Conversational AI with Whisper, Google Cloud APIs, Kokoro, Murf.ai, and custom NLP pipelines.

What we're looking for:

• Full-stack mastery + strong AI/ML/NLP fundamentals
• Prior experience in cloud-native deployments (Docker/K8s/GCP/AWS)
• A Delhi-based builder who can join part-time initially, then transition to full-time
• Startup mindset: resourceful, frugal, and passionate about impact

This is an early-stage equity role with massive potentialboth in scale (India's $61B EdTech market) and social impact.
