Role Description The AIML Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the Ahmedabad campus in a full-time, on-site capacity. Daily responsibilities include delivering lectures, conducting lab sessions, mentoring students on projects, and guiding them in research and problem-solving within AIML domains. The role involves designing and updating course content, assessments, and learning resources in alignment with industry needs and ImaginXP's future-skills focus. The Assistant Professor will collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to integrate practical case studies, participate in academic events, and contribute to curriculum development and academic quality assurance. The position also requires engaging in student counseling, supporting placement readiness activities, and maintaining an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related field; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Proficiency in AIML fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, neural networks, and model evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages and tools commonly used in AIML (such as Python, relevant libraries, and development frameworks).
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured course content, practical labs, and project-based learning in higher education settings.
• Experience in academic mentoring, research guidance, and supervising student projects relevant to AIML applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a commitment to inclusive and learner-centered teaching.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with industry partners, and contribute to curriculum improvement initiatives.
• Prior teaching or training experience in AIML or related areas is highly beneficial; industry experience in AI or ML projects is a plus.
