AIF Compliance - AVP

One of our clients, a leading Investment Management firm is looking for a senior CS and Compliance lead in Mumbai.

An ideal candidate would have 10-15 years of experience in AIF Compliances with respect to SEBI Regulations, Fund Operations, Stakeholder Management, Audit and Inspection and Corporate Governance matters etc.

Professionals holding an NISM Certification would have an added advantage.
