Hiring: Assistant Manager – AIF Analytics | Mumbai | 0–2 Years Experience
We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our AIF Analytics team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in capital markets, data analysis, and alternative investments.
What you'll be working on:
- Developing benchmarks and benchmarking analytics for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
- Creating and publishing standard and custom AIF reports
- Managing and maintaining AIF datasets, including resolving data queries with stakeholders
- Calculating key performance metrics such as IRRs and investment multiples
- Delivering insights through structured analysis and reporting
- Collaborating with technology and business teams to build and improve analytical tools

- High-quality benchmark development within defined timelines
- Accurate and timely report publishing
- Strong data management and minimal errors in calculations
- Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Who you'll work with:

- External stakeholders: AMCs, ETF issuers, regulators, brokers, and global data vendors
What we're looking for:
- MBA / CA / CFA (or pursuing)
- Strong interest in capital markets and financial products
- Basic understanding of AIFs and investment performance metrics
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage timelines and work independently
- Exposure to SQL or Python is a plus
