AI Workflow Specialist

You make the entire team faster and sharper. You'll design AI-assisted workflows, build prompt systems, chain tools, and drive operational efficiency across the company. This isn't a software engineering role — it's an operations-focused AI enablement role for someone who thinks in systems and builds for scale.

What you'll own

• Designing and documenting AI-assisted workflows across teams
• Prompt engineering and prompt stack management
• Tool chaining across platforms (Claude, Perplexity, n8n, and others)
• QA logic for AI outputs entering the content pipeline
• Driving team-wide adoption of AI workflows

What we're looking for

• Fluency with AI tools — Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, AI copilots
• Systems and operations mindset — you think in processes, not tasks
• Ability to evaluate and integrate new tools quickly
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience in ops enablement or workflow automation

AI expectation: You are fluent with Claude, Perplexity, AI copilots, prompt stacks, and workflow tools including n8n.

How we'll measure success: Hours saved per week, team-wide adoption rate, reduction in manual effort, throughput increase across content and delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000- ₹35,000 monthly in hand
