AI Workflow Engineer & Agent Builder

Core Skills Required

• AI & Automation Engineering
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents and multi-step automated workflows
  • Ability to work with large language model APIs programmatically (e.g., Claude API, Claude Code)
  • Experience designing systems that ingest, process, and structure the unstructured data at scale

• Data Engineering
  • Proficiency in connecting to and querying external APIs and data sources
  • Ability to extract, clean, and transform data from documents, filings, and reports into structured formats
  • Experience building pipelines that produce reliable, repeatable outputs (tables, summaries, alerts)

• Financial & Research Domain Familiarity (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial data providers such as FactSet or FRED
  • Basic understanding of investment research workflows: screening, monitoring, summarization
  • Ability to interpret and structure data from regulatory filings and market reports

• Software Engineering
  • Strong coding background, Python preferred
  • Experience designing modular, maintainable systems
  • Comfortable working with APIs, scheduling, and output formatting (email delivery, structured tables, exports)

• Communication & Collaboration
  • Able to work directly with a research team to scope and iterate on requirement
  • Translates analytical needs into technical specifications independently
