Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Workflow Automation Specialist to design, replicate, and scale intelligent workflows across business functions. The role will focus on translating existing manual processes into AI-driven automated systems, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with Research, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to identify automation opportunities and deploy scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow Replication & Automation (Core Responsibility)
- Study and map existing manual workflows across teams (research, onboarding, reporting, operations)
- Break down processes into step-by-step logic and decision points
- Replicate these workflows using AI tools and automation platforms
- Ensure automation mirrors real-world decision-making with accuracy and consistency
2. Workflow Automation & Optimization
- Identify repetitive and manual processes and design automated workflows
- Build end-to-end automation pipelines using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
- Continuously optimize workflows to reduce turnaround time and manual intervention
3. AI Integration & Use Case Development
- Implement AI-based solutions using:
- OpenAI / LLM APIs
- Claude / GPT-based systems
- OCR, NLP, and document processing tools
- Develop automation use cases such as:
- Document analysis and summarization
- Automated research and reporting workflows
- Client onboarding and compliance automation
4. Data Handling & System Integration
- Work with APIs, databases, and internal systems to integrate workflows
- Automate data movement across tools (Excel, CRM, internal platforms)
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and audit trails
5. Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Reduce manual dependency and improve process speed
- Track automation impact (time saved, error reduction, output quality)
6. Collaboration & Implementation
- Work with business teams to understand processes deeply
- Translate business logic into automation flows
- Train teams and ensure adoption of automated systems
Key Skills & Requirements
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Strong understanding of workflow mapping and process design
- Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
- Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and integrations
Analytical & Process Skills
- Ability to break down manual processes into structured logic flows
