Your Opportunity

We're looking for experienced AI Workflow Automation Experts who can design and implement intelligent workflows that automate repetitive business processes and improve operational efficiency. You'll work with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, CRMs, and business applications to build scalable end-to-end workflows.

What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered workflows for business and operational processes
• Automate repetitive tasks across CRM, sales, marketing, operations, and customer support
• Build workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, GHL, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Integrate AI models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs into business workflows
• Connect CRMs, databases, SaaS applications, APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools
• Build AI agents for task execution, information retrieval, decision-making, and process automation
• Develop automated lead qualification, routing, enrichment, follow-up, and reporting workflows
• Implement document processing, data extraction, summarization, classification, and AI-assisted workflows
• Design error handling, retries, logging, monitoring, and workflow validation
• Optimize workflows for reliability, scalability, performance, and cost
• Document automation workflows and provide support for ongoing improvements

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in AI automation and workflow development
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, GHL, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and webhooks
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and data transformation
• Experience working with CRM, marketing, sales, or business automation systems
• Knowledge of OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other AI platforms
• Experience with prompt engineering, structured outputs, and AI workflow design
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, Supabase, Airtable, or similar
• Ability to troubleshoot complex automation workflows and integration issues
• Understanding of AI reliability, validation, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
