Role: AI Workflow & Automation Expert

About The Role

We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused AI Workflow & Automation Expert to join our growing team. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered workflows across our media and agency operations. You will work directly with the founder and have full autonomy to build systems that meaningfully reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

This is not a role for someone who likes to experiment endlessly we need someone who can move fast, ship solutions, and iterate quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit existing workflows across content production, social media, and agency operations to identify AI automation opportunities
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows that reduce manual tasks and improve speed and accuracy
  • Integrate AI tools and APIs into existing systems, including the in-house CMS and scheduling tools
  • Automate multi-platform content distribution across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter
  • Build and manage analytics pipelines to track content performance across brands and channels
  • Identify and deploy the right AI tools, APIs, and platforms for each use case without over-engineering
  • Stay current with rapidly evolving AI tools and proactively recommend adoption where relevant
  • Document all workflows and processes clearly for internal use

Must-Have Skills & Traits


  • 24 years of hands-on AI/automation experience, with real, shipped projects to show
  • Strong proficiency in AI workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
  • Experience working with LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
  • Ability to build and integrate with REST APIs and cloud platforms
  • Strong business orientation, understands the why behind automation, not just the how
  • Execution-first mindset, delivers working solutions, not just proposals
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal handholding
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have


  • Experience in media, content, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with social media APIs (Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Background in data analytics or reporting automation
  • Prior experience working with a founder-led or early-stage company
