About the Role
We are seeking a creative and skilled AI Visual Creator / Prompt Engineer who can craft high-quality visual content using AI tools like Midjourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Leonardo, etc. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, an understanding of prompt engineering, and the ability to convert creative ideas into visually appealing AI-generated artwork, graphics, and concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AI-generated visuals, graphics, and concepts using advanced AI design tools.
- Develop clear, detailed, and effective prompts to achieve desired creative outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver visual assets.
- Experiment with new AI tools and stay updated on AI visual trends and capabilities.
- Improve and refine prompts based on output quality and project needs.
- Generate visual variations, mood boards, concept art, and design drafts.
- Ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Maintain a library of prompts, outputs, and creative assets for internal use.
- Work on rapid prototyping and ideation for campaigns and creative projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI visual tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of design aesthetics, color theory, composition, and creativity.
- Ability to write clear, descriptive, and structured prompts.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) is a plus.
- Strong imagination and ability to visualize ideas.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple creative tasks.
- Portfolio of AI-generated visuals (mandatory).
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with image-to-image, inpainting, or video AI tools.
- Understanding of photography styles, lighting terms, camera settings, and artistic styles.
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge for AI workflows.
