AI Virtual Stylist

Role

We're looking for a tech-curious fashion enthusiast who knows their drapes from drop shadows and can prompt an AI like a pro. As an virtual stylist, your job is to use our workflows to craft brand and occasion-specific moodboards and evaluate AI-generated visuals for styling accuracy, aesthetic appeal, and brand consistency.

Required Skills

● Prompt Crafting: Design and refine text/image prompts to generate hyper-relevant fashion visuals across high end fashion brands

● Tool Testing: Actively test internal workflows for accuracy, style quality, and versatility

● Style Curation: Evaluate outputs against fashion sensibilities like color coordination, draping, occasion-appropriateness, and trend alignment

● Visual QC: Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to enhance AI outputs and provide feedback on where manual touch-ups are needed

● Feedback Loops: Provide structured insights to the AI and product teams to improve workflows for on brand content at scale

● Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on fashion trends and infuse fresh aesthetics into AI content via moodboards and reference prompts

● Generate creative outputs to showcase the based of Dresma's capabilities on social platforms and client presentations

What we are looking for in you

● Fashion Know-How: Background in fashion styling, fashion design, or fashion content creation

● Photoshop Proficiency: Ability to spot visual inconsistencies and fine-tune images if needed

● Prompting Skills: Experience with generative AI tools is a huge plus

● Eye for Detail: Ability to identify what makes a look work (or not) for a given context

● Strong Aesthetic Judgment: You get brand tonality, know how to adapt style for demographics, and can visualize outputs before the AI even renders them

● Collaborative Energy: Will work closely with content, creative, and tech teams.

Bonus if you speak both moodboard and matrix
