AI Video Producer / Generative AI Video Specialist

MOIP | Dubai / Remote

MOIP is looking for an exceptional AI Video Producer to create premium AI-generated commercials, brand films and social content.

We need someone who can take a creative concept, script or storyboard and turn it into a finished, professional video — not simply generate individual AI clips.

What You'll Do

Create cinematic AI-generated video from briefs and storyboards
Generate characters, products, environments and scenes
Maintain strong character, product and visual consistency between shots
Create controlled movement, camera motion and transitions
Edit footage into polished final films
Handle music, voiceover, sound design and final finishing
Produce different formats for advertising and social media
Identify and fix AI artefacts and inconsistencies
Work closely with MOIP's creative direction to execute ambitious concepts

What We're Looking For

You should have hands-on experience with leading AI production tools such as Veo, Kling, Sora, Runway, Midjourney, FLUX, Seedance, ElevenLabs or similar platforms, together with professional editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.

More importantly, you need a strong eye for storytelling, cinematography, movement, composition and detail.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a small paid production test.

We are not looking for someone who knows how to prompt AI.

We are looking for a visual storyteller and producer who can use AI to turn ambitious ideas into polished films that premium brands would be proud to publish.
